    We reviewed the event and noticed the following:

    both of the emails are inactive.

    Are these the emails you are expecting to be sent? If so they are not going to be sent as long as they are inactive.

    If this is not the issue please let us know so we review the issue further.

    Registrant not receiving email

    Someone registered for an event and never received an email receipt and confirmation.

    Is there something I need to do to trigger the email?
    How can I now send him a receipt?
