    As requested we upgraded your instance to the latest release and completed the post-installation for site titled: "default"

    The site titled "default" may be used for all events, autoresponders, and invoices.

      Thanks for upgrading, but my original problem is till not taken care of.
      I'm using an iframe: http://stridelabs.org/benefit-house-concert/
      After inputting credit card information when I click the Process button the screen goes grey, the circle just spins and then I'm returned to the screen and no processing occurred on the back end.
      I have already sent out an email for the event and need this fixed ASAP!

        To help us better serve you please do not mix threads or post them multiple times. I hope you see the issue.

        In general a post is not complete until we post the reply. If you are referring to the above link we had submitted your request for an upgrade so one team had upgraded the instance and another group was scheduled to review the issue and the post-installation. The case was still open and as such we had not replied back.

        Please review the post and let us know if the issue still persists.

        If this post is in reference to another issue, not related to the previous thread, please let us know and we will review it again.
