Security Issue with iframe and website

I'm trying to add this registration iframe to our website, but it looks like a broken link. When we try accessing the link we are getting a warning that the link is not secure. Could the issue be because the event is in test mode? It works fine on my computer, but I've access the site before and listed it as safe.
