  • Registrant Ticket Request Number not showing in Registrant Report


    I recently updated our C&P Event Management Platform to 8.6. After making the updates and doing all the post installation, I am unable to see the number of tickets a registrant requested. attempted to register myself for 4 tickets and only see my name listed once.

    In the attendee report, I see my name listed 4x but I would like for a roll up to be seen in the registrant report like it use to show.

    We reviewed this and noticed that in the last update this field was omitted by mistake. We have reported this as a change request and it will be updated in the next update due out in February.

    The attendee report shows the attendees registered as part of the same order number so for now that could help with answering your question.
