How do you get Discount to apply per Attendee?

I have created 2 Discount Codes for an Event. When I have more than one attendee as part of the Registration and apply the Discount Code, the system only deducts the discount for one person/attendee- not for the entire number of attendees. I have tried these as both Level Discount Plan and Event Discount Plan and the system responds the same for each Discount Plan- only one discount is applied. How do I get the system to apply the discount to the entire registration? My Event Is Getting Started Jacksonville May 14, 2016. Thanks.

I think this is what you are asking about. Discounts may be set up to apply PER attendee if you use the proper setting as discussed in the KB article.

Yes- I followed this to the letter. I an using a Level total PER the instructions on the article you provided. It is not working. This is from the article:
"Level Total: If Level Total is selected, then the discount will apply for all the attendees registered in that level.

Eg: - Discount % = 10%, Fixed Discount =$10, Attendees = 2, Price = $100
Then the discount will be $30. Through Discount %, it will be $20 & Fixed Discount, it will be $10

Level Individual Item: If Level Individual Item is selected, then the discount will apply for every individual attendee in the level."

This is not working. The Event is Getting Started-Jacksonville May 14. I have give you access to my org.

Which event in your instance? Sorry for the delay but we thought this question was answered. If a discount is applied to the individual attendee then the entire discount is calculated based on each ticket price. We need to see the discount to determine how you have set it up.

Please post back the event name and discount name so we can review it.

The event is "Getting Started- Centereach, NY June 28 and June 30". I added an image of the discount page previously. I set up a different "Group Discount" on the registration as a work around- but ignore that one. The discount is still set up as an Individual discount under Discount Plans. The Discount Plan Name is "Group Discounts". Thanks.

We have identified this as a bug which has already been fixed in the upcoming release, due out on May 15, 2016.
