No Registrants' contact records getting properly filled?

Hi Click and Pledge Support,

I'm having some trouble with my Event Registrants not attaching/creating Contact records, and I was wondering if you could help me troubleshoot? I have four test registrants in the screenshot below, and none have created contacts or attached to existing records.


I then went to "Manage Temporary Contacts", and saw nothing:


And then I checked the full C&P Temporary Contacts, still with no luck.


What else could it be?

Good day Bill,

You have not connected your Click & Pledge account to Salesforce. When a registration is done the payment information posts back to Salesforce completing the assignment of contacts, etc.

In the absence of connection all bets are off.
