I have confirmed that the default site guest user is set to Pacific Standard Time, but the time zone next to the Site Template when creating an event is displaying Pacific Daylight Time. Also, when users who have their Salesforce user set to Pacific Standard Time are also seeing Pacific Daylight Time in the Event management app. Any suggestions?

Good day!
When YOU view the Event in Salesforce the Time Zone is based on YOUR time zone in the User profile. Please go to the Setup > User and check your time zone as the logged in user.
When your registrants visit the page they are seeing the page as the GUEST user so that time zone works.
Hope that answers your question.Regards,

Good day @C4G Rand,
Guessing that your userID is: C4g****
I reviewed your user and the following is your time zone:
& the GUEST user is set to:
As stated in my previous post the 2 are at different time zones.
The GUEST user is what the patrons will see when they register and YOUR user is seeing the time zone in Event based on your User Time Zone.
I hope that clarifies & answers the question.
Please let us know if we can be of more assistance.Regards,

Hi there - I understand that the time settings on the event will reflect what is set for the user and site guest user. My concern is that users (aside from myself) and the site guest user have "Pacific Daylight Time" set and when creating or viewing an event the time zone displays as "Pacific Standard Time". This is causing issue for displaying the correct event time for event registrants. Please see screenshots attached and login as Lori Bond to test.2 Photos

Good day!
The images are posted as PNG and the forum does not show the PNG images in full size. Please post them as JPG so we can review.
I am not trying to be difficult but sorry I cannot understand the issue. Each user sees time as the time zone assigned to the user. Salesforce does the time conversion. We cannot do anything about this as we simply show the time as saved by Salesforce with the time zone assigned to the user that logs in.
Have you tried to make all time zones the same?Regards,

Good day!
We have resolved the issue with the sites and it appears that the Salesforce time zone labels are behaving a bit unexpected. A support ticket with Salesforce was submitted to better understand why this is happening. We will update this thread once we have an answer.Regards,
