    Hello,

    For some reason, the custom payment options in the box office are not visible to me. Kamran believes it is likely a permissions issue.

    My Organization ID is: 00Di0000000e51m and I have already granted you access.

    Please let me know if you need anything else.

    Good day Kofo,

    The reason you are not seeing the custom payment type is the event mode is set to "Test".

    In Test mode only the test credit card may be used. If you change the mode to Active all types will show.
