  • Registration Emails are not being sent

    Registration emails are not being sent for a live event. Here is a screenshot of the Registration Email setup. What is the solution?

    Please grant us login access so we can review your settings. Also include the Order Number so we can check the posted data and compare with your setting.

      Hello,

      Access has been granted.

      The event is: Women Bike Bike Maintenance Series with Tori Bortman.


      The email is: Registrant Email Receipt. It should have been sent to each of the 4 existing registrants.

        The account: 28201 as stated in your forum profile for your organization is NOT connected and as such the date is posting to Salesforce.

          We updated our profile and our org is now connected. The registrations are coming into Salesforce however the registration email still is not being sent when someone registers. Please advise.

            Good day!

            I just tested the connection and Salesforce is returning error when we try to push the records. Would you please go to the Account Info > 3rd Party in Profile and re-establish the connection by clicking on the "Verify" button and then clicking on Update once the login to Salesforce is successful.

            As for the registration emails. Are these registrants or attendees in the Temporary Contact? Emails will be sent for contacts and if in temp they have to become a contact before the email is sent.

            Are these registrants in the temporary contact?

            Please note that in the upcoming release, due out in May we will be changing this behavior so the registration emails are sent upon registration without waiting for the contact creation.
