  • Event Registration emails not sending

    Hi there,

    Thanks to Kamran for his patience during office hours. We can't get our events module to send emails. At one point it was sending...but now it isn't.

    Good day @Joannasheehan,

    Based on the evidence it appears that the event was first set up as a NAMED event and the registration email was created when the event was NAMED. The event was later changed to Anonymous so the email, having been saved in NAMED mode is still set to send the email to the "ATTENDEE" which naturally in an anonymous event does not exist.

    The registration Email is set to be sent to the ATTENDEE. This can only happen if the event is named since in a named event the attendee information is being collected:

    We fixed the issue by changing it in the object directly. The solution, in the absence of behind the scene object manipulation, is to delete the email and set it up again. The following shows the corrected email recipient:
