Have Opportunity Show Net Amount (Amount After Discounts)

Good day!

Currently the option is available for creating a negative opportunity for the discount. Changing the amount to NET is not currently available and is an option for release 10 due out later in the year.

I saw in another thread that this was supposed to be an option being rolled out in Q1. Has it been enabled yet? If so how do I activate it?
