I needed to credit a registration and then re-enter the registration due to discounts not being properly applied. I was able to go to the Box Office and search for the patrons and get them all re-entered on a new Registration. However, when I choose the profile to register billing info and try to apply the credit card information from the original registration, the only choice I have is "Manual" entry. I don't have the entire credit card number available to me, only the last four digits. Can't the system just re-apply the credit card information already on file? How else can I re-register? Please advise. Thanks.

Good day @michaelc,
Are you looking up the contact or entering the name manually? The card-on-file is only available when you lookup the contact & autofill it since only then we know the Contact ID and can retrieve the info.
If you want we can login to your instance & review the contact, etc. Simply grant us login access and the contact ID so we can review the record.

Yes, I looked the contact up and selected their name I did not see the "Card on file" button until now. Where is Click and Pledge on the ability to credit specific amounts back to the Registration as opposed to having to cancel the entire registration and rebook it? Specifically when there are many Delegates on a Registration. Thanks.
