I am working on a summer camp registration page. Since there are so many options (people can sign up for each day a la cart), Kamran suggested I use a level for each day of camp available. This is working. However, the way I have it set up now, each time the user adds a day of camp to the cart, the system asks them for the attendee name. If a parent were to sign his child up for 30 days of camp, that means he has to enter in the child's name 30 times during the selection process. Instead, I would like the parent to do a registration process as the first step (like in the screenshot below) before they start selecting the camp days they want to sign their child up for. How do I do this?
