We've added a lookup on the campaign member to Opportunities, so we can tie each campaign member (attendee at an event) with the specific opportunity used to purchase the ticket. We do not allow anonymous tickets. So if 8 tickets are purchased through C&P, we get 8 opportunities and 8 campaign members. Is there any relationship, maybe the ticket GUID that can be used to map these to each other?
Additionally, is there a setting to only generate one opportunity, even when multiple tickets are purchased? We don't need each Campaign Member to come from a unique opportunity. For manual sales we enter one opportunity. Each campaign member is tied to that one.
