Salesforce User Permission Settings

Hi, Kamran instructed me to post for assistance with the user permission settings for Event Management in Salesforce. As instructed, I created a new user with email address: [email protected]

You should have received an email with confirmation of creation.

I have granted 7 days access to SF.

SF Org ID: 00DG0000000hlcr

I don't think we are on the most recent version of Event Management, if not, can you please upgrade us?

Salesforce User Permission Settings still not correct.

Thank you for the upgrade. However, the main problem that needed to be addressed does not seem to have been fixed--actually made a little worse? User [email protected] now has error message: "You do not have the level of access necessary to perform the operation you requested. Please contact the owner of the record or your administrator if access is necessary." When trying to access C&P Event Management Tab and content. Please help. Thanks!

We reviewed the user that was created for us and set all the required permission for it.

Please review & let us know if it works. The use that this was set for works as required.

The permission set we created for you is shown below:



If you assign this permission set to the user they can have full control for the event application.
