  • Can't Edit existing Template

    Support- I am trying to edit an existing template from the C&P Designer. When I make the edit and try to save, the system asks me to select a tag (which was not there previously) and then when I enter a tag and try to save, it asks me to select a design selection. There is NO CHOICE in the drop down (not that I want to make one) and I cannot save the simple change I was trying to make. (see image) Really getting frustrated with this module. Please help.     Are you updating an Event template? Event templates should be updated in the Event > Designer > Templates

    Event designer is all inclusive & should be used for the event. If you are seeing the TAG then you are in the Autoresponder.

    The reason you see the event templates in the Autoresponder is simple since you may want to use the design and change it for an autoresponder.

    TAGS are categories that you may create, free form, to group all your templates & designs in the Autoresponder, e.g. Receipts, Acknowledgement, General, etc. Each tag will be shown in a pull down menu with a second pull down menu showing all designs having the same tag.
