  • Event View Error

    I am trying to create a new event and when I go to view the event I get this error message.


    Authorization Required

    You must first log in or register before accessing this page.
    If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot Password to reset it.


    Also I would like to customize the Leda template but can not find instructions on doing that, especially how to change the background image.

    I have allowed access to our account for one day.

    We tried to login to your account but we don't have access. The issue you are facing is due to missing the post-installation steps and the required permission is missing for the guest user.

    Please grant us login access so we can review your account. It is best if you grant us at least a week access as we may not be able to review your account in a day.

    Please make sure to post your organization name & the Salesforce Organization ID so we know how to locate your instance.

      Ok I went in and changed the permissions for a week.
      Any expedience on this would be greatly appreciated.

        We have reviewed your instance and would like to upgrade your instance to the latest release.

        Is it OK to upgrade you? We don't want to upgrade without your permission.

            Good day!

            As requested we upgraded your instance and set up a new site for you called "Default".

            We recommend you use a generic name as the same site may be used for all events, invoice, image for autoresponder, etc.

            You are at the latest of all versions and your event should work now as the post installation has been fixed.

            Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance.

            BTW: We are now offering a new program as a paid service which ensures you are always on the latest release. With the new program the premiere support group will contact you and after getting your approval will upgrade you pro-actively. You will always be using the latest release.
