    You could create an email to the registrant using the "Registration Emails" for "Invoice" payment type. You may settle the invoice later following the steps listed in the KB article.

    I was able to look the contact up and proceeded to the payment part. The ideal is that we invoice this attendee for the amount they owe. If we select the invoice payment option, does it generate an invoice for us? Or do we have to generate it ourselves, and then once we receive the payment, we select Invoice under Payment Information and write in the check number?

    Good day!

    Sure .. just go to the Event's Box Office and do the registration. When you are in the payment page lookup the contact using the lookup field - if the contact has a credit card on file you can easily use the card on file.

    Hi there,

    Is there a way to collect payment from a registrant after s/he has registered, and still have it tie to their registration?

    I have read about using the Virtual Terminal as a way to do this, but I'm not clear what the steps may be if that is the solution.
