I have created two events and designed the tickets and set it to send to registrants and attendees. I have done several test registrations but have not got any emails with tickets. Is there a step that I am missing? On the video tutorial it had an option to set options for the email i.e. reply and from fields but those options are not available to me.

Thanks that worked. Now the issue I am having is when I run a test registration and click to download the ticket the image on the ticket does not show up. It says "the image is not available because: you don't have the privileges to see it or it has been removed from the system" I checked the ticket designer and the image is still there so I am not sure what the issue is.

The issue is the permission which is not set as part of the post-installation of the application. Please follow the post-installation instruction as posted below:

We reviewed your instance and noticed the following:
- You are not at the latest release- should we upgrade you to the latest release?
- You are using different "Sites" for each event. This is not something we recommend as it is a lot of work for doing the post-installation permissions for each site. You really don't need but one site as a single site may be used for all Click & Pledge applications. We recommend you name a single site as "default" and use it for autoresponder, event, invoice, etc. - all can use a single site.
Please let us know the name of the site you wish to use for all your events. If you want we can create a new site and call it default then you can change all your events to use that and then delete the older sites.

Yes, please upgrade to the latest release. Also if I am understanding you correctly you are saying I can have (https://projectforwardleap.force.com/EventRegistration) as the only default "site" and it can be used for both of the event registrations I currently have running? If that is the case please create a new default site with the name above and I will change the older sites. Thanks.
