Possible to map costum questions to campaign member record?

Hello,

We're adding some custom questions to our registration for an event page that we have set up - Text box fields for questions such as "Do you have dietary restrictions?" or simple "Yes, No" picklists. Is it possible to map their responses on their campaign member record in Salesforce?

Currently we only map to Account, Contact, and Opportunity.

Please elaborate as to how you want to add this to "Campaign Member" record. I am not sure how you wish to see this mapped.
