  • Assigning contact to event attendee

    I have several event attendees for which there is no contact assigned. I am not sure why that is the case. I manage temporary contacts on a regular basis. I've updated to the most recent versions of the C&P suite this morning in an attempt to rectify this but no luck.

    My Salesforce instance is 00DF00000006VV6 and I have granted you access for a week per instructions. The event in question is Conference2016. If you look at the attendee list, you will find several without contacts assigned. There are, at present, no temporary contacts to be assigned.

    Any thoughts?
