  • Group Discount Not being applied to Event

    Hello,

    I have an Event where I set up a Group Discount of 4 or more. When I go through the Registration process to test the discount, it does not automatically apply the discount. See images. I'm I doing something incorrectly?

    I set up a new event with a Group Discount Code on the Individual level with 4 or more to receive a $5 discount. This is not working. Kamran instructed me on how to set this up and I believe I have it correctly established. Does this feature not work in click and Pledge or am I doing something wrong? No one responded to my previous post om March 8 with the same problem on different Event. Can someone please respond with an appropriate response? Thanks. Click image for larger version

      Good day!

      Would you please insert the images as JPG. This forum has a problem with PNG images and shows them in a very small thumbnail.

      Sorry for the inconvenience. The VBulletin editor does this and we have no control over it.

          Good day!

          Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Our testing team has been working on this issue and with the development team have marked this post as a bug in the Group discount.

          The issue has been resolved in the upcoming release. We apologize for the inconvenience. The issue had not been detected or reported before by other clients and as such was not identified.

          The release is scheduled towards the end of the month and we will notify all clients once the update is available. We will keep this post and will update it once the release is on AppExchange. We also can update your instance once the release is available.

          Do you have an event soon? If so we can try to have a production beta release to resolve this issue but we rather wait until the release is fully tested. Just let us know.
