We think we have found the issue. Your organization reported this same issue on March 5, 2015 (last year) and we determined at the time, after much forensic analysis (big word!) that you are using the "Person Account" and the Event Management and our app does not support the "Person Account".
The issue was first reported by @[Eric Lehnen] and based on that discussion the "Person Account" was disabled and all started to work again.
Please see the attached image. The "Person Account Record Type" is active and it appears to have been last modified by you.
Have you made any changes to this setting? The challenge is simply the "Person Account" once enabled cannot be disabled and your instance is "Person Account" enabled. The workaround is to disabled the record type as shown in the image. I know that NPSP is not a big fan of "Person Accounts" either and perhaps we can have our friend @[Judi Sohn] to also offer some insight into this.

I hope we have offered a path forward.
