  • First C&P Event going live and really nervous! Please help?

    We are new to C&P and relatively new to Salesforce. We have had our events live for about a short while now. I am afraid I don't have something setup correctly.

    Except, that we did get one sale today, and I am able to view the transaction details through the www.clickandpledge.com interface but there is nothing showing up in the C&P Transactions in Salesforce. (We have looked at the C&P Transactions, C&P Data, and C&P Temporary Contacts tabs --> nothing ???).

    Would it be possible for someone to take a look and make sure I have things set up correctly?
