    Hello!!!! I am back part-time and unfortunately can't call in to the daily meetings. Hopefully we can get this worked out asap as we have a go-live TODAY!! (Yeah, welcome back...)

    We have 5 questions regarding an event that we are setting up for a non-profit:
    1. In test mode on the event, how can the credit card process and receipt process be tested? Now it won't let you enter the credit card number. I thought it would in the past.
    2. Can Total Tax Deductible only be shown on the checkout page so that you can also see Terms & Conditions with it? (Either have T&C also on first page - or - not put Total Tax Deductible on first page)
    3. On an anonymous event, Can adding Qty be less ambiguous? A button, a plus sign, a something?
    4. Can you help make sure I have the custom questions linked properly within Salesforce?
    5. Would you please help me ensure that I have auto invoice set up?

    In TEST mode we actually fill out the credit card number - see below:

    the tax deductible portion cannot be disabled. We will see if we can hide it if it is $0. It is a good idea to offer this option.

    As for quantity - it is an open box in this release. We are providing other options in the next release:

    As for reviewing the instance we need to know which organization Salesforce ID you are referring to. In your profile we see:

    I understand you are the consultant but we have no information about your client's Salesforce Org ID to login and check.

      1. In test mode on the event, how can the credit card process and receipt process be tested? Now it won't let you enter the credit card number. I thought it would in the past. When we go to test, it won't let us put in your mock cc number. It won't let us type in anything.
      2. Can Total Tax Deductible only be shown on the checkout page so that you can also see Terms & Conditions with it? Is it possible then to add the T&C's to the first page as well?

            We have reviewed this and realized you are in an older release that had this issue in certain conditions.

                Important Consideration:

                The following 2 points need to be considered as part of this update since you may see more temporary contacts than you had prior to this update.
                • C&P Temporary Contact: In the 4.1x release Event's temporary contacts are part of the global C&P Temporary Contacts. Any attendee that was previously in the Event's temporary contact is now in the C&P Temporary Contact tab.
                • Maintenance: The maintenance self-healing service (C&P Settings > Maintenance) reviews all C&P Data logs and attempts to fix any errors that may have resulted from the post. To resolve the error, the self-healing service will delete & re-posts the prior post. This action in most cases will resolve any error that might have happened due to NPSP's record locks, etc.
