Good day!
Once a ticket has a single registered person at its level it can't be changed. This is because the system registers all attendees with that setting.
If the event is live then you need to deactivate that level and set up a new level with the new number of registrations. This is by design.

Can't change # of tickets on a registration label
I recently set up a registration level and forgot to change the default number of tickets to 4. When I went back to modify the level, it is grayed out and will not let me change the field. Please advise why this is happening. Thanks.
