  • Editing Registrant or Attendee Information

    How can I edit the registrant or attendee information so that it is all consistent in both C&P and salesforce? Is it possible to edit the level in the event after they have completed their registration?

    Good day!

    The level cannot be changed since it has cascading effect on a number of factors, overall price, discount, etc. etc. there is just too many factors to verify and check to ensure data consistency.

    Please let us know if we can be of more assistance.

    P.S. earlier I stated that your instance requires an update. Sorry but your account is up to date and the cases were mixed.

      So what is the best method for changing the level once someone has already completed their registration?

        I have this question too... If I want to move someone from one level to another, how do I do it?

          Good day @briegull,

          The only solution is to credit the old registration and register the person again using the card on file.

          The reason we do not offer moving from one event to another is the tracking of inventory, discounts, etc. Discounts may be offered for a level and as such discounts used based on being in one level may not apply to another level and keeping track of all these can cause major issues with opportunities, etc.

            Using this thread topic, is there a way to change the level if all levels are the same price (in our instance, free).

              NO, it cannot be changed. Levels are interrelated to the respective Event and it cannot be changed.
