Box Office Cash Custom Payment Type Being Declined

I am having an issue with the Events Box Office declining cash transactions. I have went through the steps of adding a custom payment type to Virtual Terminal in C&P Settings. I added Cash and Comp Ticket.


When I go back to Events Management (Box Office) the options of Cash & Comp Ticket are listed, but when a transaction is tried to be put through, they are declined. My question is, is there any thing I am missing? Some other setting or switch that needs to be checked?

I reviewed your account and noticed that you had disabled the Custom Payment Type in the portal.



I enabled it for you so it should work now.
