    Swiper1 device won't authorize

    I am the administrator for C&P Swiper1 and when I click on Event Settings>Request Authorization for my device, I receive the error message, "Error! Error in registration. Please contact your administrative to active your device in Salesforce." I am already a Salesforce1 user. What did I miss?
