Good day!
One last point- if you don't wish for the attendees to get a notice you need to un-check the attendee checkbox.

Good day @Maggie,
The message may be sent without the ticket or name badge annotation so the email will be sent without links. The following are steps for doing what you wish to accomplish:- Use a dummy ticket - as you will not be sending it but the system requires a "ticket" design
- Set the ticket to be mailed
- In the message section don't include ticket links in the message
In the latest release we made some major changes to this feature to help with cases such as yours. The message is sent to the registrant & attendees and you have the flexibility to include any link you want in the message. So if you don't want to send tickets or name badges, simply don't include the links.
Hope that helps.

Test mode not sending registration message?
Hi, I'm trying to confirm that when a registration goes through that the registrant is sent an email confirmation created under the "messages" section. We're not sending tickets, so I don't have that enabled, but I do want them to receive the email message confirming their registration.
My event is in test mode, and I went through the registration process and put in my personal email, submitted it, and then in Salesforce processed the temporary contact. However, no email has been received on the personal email, while my work email got the "test mode receipt" message. Can you tell me what I'm doing wrong, or at least confirm that once we are out of test mode that the registrant messages will be sent?
