  • Campaign Mapping not working correctly

    Hi C&P - my client is having issues with their Donations & Contacts not syncing to the right Campaigns. Can you please review this? They have Campaigns designated in the Event's Additional Information section, both in the Event tab and in the Levels tab, and none of them seem to be working. I've granted you access to login, here is an example of one that is not working: https://na10.salesforce.com/006F000000g2nr6 the Org ID is: 00DF00000005pI3 and the organization is called Harlem RBI.

    Please let me know what the issue is and how to resolve it.

    Good day!

    Sorry we missed updating this thread.

    This account is set up to use Opportunity > Products and as such we do not create opportunities and therefore the campaign additions are a bit different. If you go to C&P Settings > Opportunity the checkbox set for Opportunity Product is set. When that is set we create ONE single opportunity and create all levels as Products. Products are not opportunities and as such do not become members of the campaign.
