  • Any one know what the secret permission to event management setup is???

    I am honestly getting soo frustrated! I have gone back through the Post-Installation steps so many times, but still feel like I am missing a permission somewhere (possibly because of NPSP being installed?)

    When I am in Salesforce I am able to get into the C&P Event Management, create a listing with all the bells and whistles. But the moment I try to test the functionality of it, the screen go blank!

    but the moment I put in registrant information and click submit it crashes to a white screen! I tried to submit a case and as a newbie (solo admin) I am not sure if that was done correctly.

    I have placed my org in access mode. my username is [email protected] - What else is needed to get some help with this situation!!!! Please!

    Sorry for your inconvenience. We reviewed your instance and major steps of the post-installation was missing.

    The post-installation is now complete and your instance should be working fine.

    Please test it and let us know if you have any issues.

      Thanks for the help in getting my page fixed. I am curious though is the post installation instructions we were supposed to follow these?

        Good day!

        We reviewed the manual and realized a few steps did not match the latest release. The manual has been updated and all steps should be all you need to do.

        Please note there is absolutely no reason to create multiple sites. A single site may be used for all Click & Pledge products as invoice, event, etc. all use variables to identify themselves. Creating a separate site is absolutely not needed. Simply use the same site URL for all you do in Click & Pledge.
