Checked the documentation but could find no mention of this: Is there a way to verify that a scheduled Registration Email was sent without issues? Or, for that matter, that an immediate Registration Email was sent without issues?

Good day!
In the existing release we are not keeping a log file of sent emails. This is a feature of release 10 as an option to be enabled. The challenge with log files is simply the storage they use in Salesforce and in the past people have complained about the log file for the Autoresponder.
In release 10 we are adding an option in the event setting to enable logging and the age after which it should be purged.
