  • Using Second Click and Pledge Account for Event Transactions

    Hello,

    Running into a little issue with the Event Manager. During a recent Office Hours, we set up a new Click and Pledge account to use with the Event Manager specifically, however I can't seem to change the account that the Events work with successfully. I only see our original account as a select-able option.

    Do you have any advice?

    Good day!

    All accounts need to be added to the C&P Settings > Accounts

    Event & PaaS virtual terminal use the accounts added to the C&P Settings.

    Hope that helps.
