swiper1 doesn't work with new release

We could not check people in using swiper 1 at our event this morning. We have a very large event tomorrow night and we need this to work. Our event had plenty of registered attendees but the app said "no registered attendees for event" and would not check people in. See attachment. Please help...no office hours this week?

We reviewed your Events and find the following observations:


1. Our developers reviewed and noticed that there is an integration issue between your Swiper1 and Salesforce. Please check the integration once by following the steps listed in the link below:

Please Verify the Swiper1 connection in the portal under 3rd party.


2. We noticed that the Event in your attached image is ended and Archived. You can check in and check out for ONLY Active Events not Archived Events. If you want to check in and check out for that respective Event then you need to follow the steps below:


a. Extend the Event End Date.
b. Extend the respective Event Level End Date
c. Need to add the Event in under respective Swiper1 users which you will find in under Swiper1 Global Access.

Based on this thread we are going to add 2 new fields to the Check-in / Check-out tab.

- Check-in Starts Date & Time
- Check-in End Date & Time

What you are trying to do is to check-in and check-out before the event starts and Swiper1 won't do check-in before event start date & time.

This will be included in release 3.001 due out in December.
