  • Problems with Reports

    I have waited for the upgrade in hopes that it will allow me to build critically needed reports for my event. Upgrade installed yet I have a number of inaccuracies. Perhaps my instance or settings are wrong. I am uncertain what this email from Support means: "Some components, such as custom objects, custom report types, and workflow rules, must be activated using the package deploy process, before they are available to your organization."

    Please help with ALL the issues below ASAP. Permission to access my account was granted previously and should still be in effect. Note: I have set up 4 events that all relate to a single Nov 7th Golf Tournament. I would be very happy if data from all 4 events could funnel into the following reports. I hope to receive a response very quickly as these reports are needed today. Thanks so much in advance for your help.

    Here are the reports I need:
    Registrants
    All Registrants including Contact name, Company Name, Products purchased, Amount
    Attendees
    All attendees including Contact name, Company Name, who registered them, Product purchased by or for them
    Volunteers
    Company Name, First Name, Last Name, cell phone, email, address, Custom questions: shirt size, AM or PM availability to volunteer
    Golfers
    Company Name, First Name, Last Name, cell phone, email, address, foursome name, amount paid
    Tennis Players
    Company Name, First Name, Last Name, cell phone, email, address, amount paid,
    Financial Report
    All revenue, Payee, Product Names, all credit card charges and invoices
    Sponsors
    Company Name, First Name, Last Name, cell phone, email, address, Sponsorship purchased, amount paid, Custom questions: Name on Tee Sign

    My Attempts at Reports that contain Inaccuracies (all contained in the Unfiled Public Reports Folder)
    Reports titled:
    2014 Registered Attendees
    Please correct whatever is causing the Total Gifts money to not report correctly. Note the difference between 2 donors, Mark Passarini ($320) and Ed Bourke ($0) Ed's donation should report as $1,500
    Volunteers
    Not sure why only 4 names appear. The report should contain other volunteers such as Tracy Smith Hart, Sarah Hart, Sharon Spencer, etc
    SCPICA Donations Report
    Shows total donations of $25,870 while Excel File Exported from C&P Portal shows $31,300 (a $5,430 difference?)

    OTHER ISSUES:
    Messages:
    I set up messages using the new "Registrant Email Body" and "Attendee Email Body" - I tested by registering a sample Foursome (payable by invoice), but received the old invoice only (not the new emails) Do I need to turn something off?
    Temporary Contacts:
    When a new registration comes in with a contact new to C&P, a temporary contact is not generated. "No Records to Display" See contact named Heidi TEST Glauser

    Still awaiting help with reports. My event is now just 2 weeks away and I'm about to abandon C&P and start building excel files from scratch since I am unable to generate the reports I need for my golf tournament. Please help!

      Good day!

      One of our developers wants to create a few of your reports but we need to have access to a Sandbox for your instance.

      Please create a Sandbox and extend access to our team so we can test and deploy the reports for your review.

        I am happy to create a Sandbox but I know I have one created that I can refresh, but I can't find the settings to do so. I'm logged into the Sandbox and would like to Refresh the existing Sandbox. I found directions on how here, http://kell.screenstepslive.com/s/kn...ce-for-testing
        but I can't find the setting location. Please help.

          Access is granted and the Sandbox is refreshed.

              NEED HELP RIGHT AWAY. OUR EVENT IS IN 4 DAYS AND OUR REPORTS ARE FULL OF ERRORS.
              A previous Support ticket was submitted over 3 weeks ago. Still awaiting support. Please call ASAP.


              We need to report on Custom Questions, and have all custom questions be visible on the contacts page:
              Volunteers shirt size
              Volunteers Availability times

              Melissa Misale appears as an attendee on this report when she purchased a sponsorship. Product = Course Longest Drive Contest
              Melissa should appear as a Volunteer (attendee) No sponsors are attendees.

              Steve Molera [email protected] was accidentally deleted and re-entered as a contact.
              In so doing, we lost his record as an Attendee. Stewart Dunham paid for his and Kurt Samuelson's golf at $250 each.


              Registrants are confused when they plan to enter multiple attendees (as with Michelle Hofhine below).
              If they indicate that they will register 4 people, they assume that the next screen will ask for the 3 addl names.
              Can the Event be set up so that it will do just that?


              We have a number of placeholder attendees that are paid for, but to date we have no contacts to associate with the payment. What is the best way to manage these?
              Jose Rodriguez for example
              Similarly, we have contacts who need to be attached to a registration, but are not.
              Ron Tengrove = attendee Steve Rembecky = registrant
              Lloyden Wall = attendee Tammy Tohill = registrant


              Michelle Hofhine is listed 4 times as a volunteer. User error.
              The correct names are:
              Michelle Hofhine
              Nicole Hofhine
              Jackie Hofhine
              Joe Dunn


              Greg Grover registered himself to play golf 3 times. The correct names are: Greg Grover and Gil Duran and Tom Kaiser Please adjust the donation to indicate the correct attendees.

              ALSO, we can't get Swiper1 to work.
