I have waited for the upgrade in hopes that it will allow me to build critically needed reports for my event. Upgrade installed yet I have a number of inaccuracies. Perhaps my instance or settings are wrong. I am uncertain what this email from Support means: "Some components, such as custom objects, custom report types, and workflow rules, must be activated using the package deploy process, before they are available to your organization."
Please help with ALL the issues below ASAP. Permission to access my account was granted previously and should still be in effect. Note: I have set up 4 events that all relate to a single Nov 7th Golf Tournament. I would be very happy if data from all 4 events could funnel into the following reports. I hope to receive a response very quickly as these reports are needed today. Thanks so much in advance for your help.
Here are the reports I need:
Registrants
All Registrants including Contact name, Company Name, Products purchased, Amount
Attendees
All attendees including Contact name, Company Name, who registered them, Product purchased by or for them
Volunteers
Company Name, First Name, Last Name, cell phone, email, address, Custom questions: shirt size, AM or PM availability to volunteer
Golfers
Company Name, First Name, Last Name, cell phone, email, address, foursome name, amount paid
Tennis Players
Company Name, First Name, Last Name, cell phone, email, address, amount paid,
Financial Report
All revenue, Payee, Product Names, all credit card charges and invoices
Sponsors
Company Name, First Name, Last Name, cell phone, email, address, Sponsorship purchased, amount paid, Custom questions: Name on Tee Sign
My Attempts at Reports that contain Inaccuracies (all contained in the Unfiled Public Reports Folder)

Please correct whatever is causing the Total Gifts money to not report correctly. Note the difference between 2 donors, Mark Passarini ($320) and Ed Bourke ($0) Ed's donation should report as $1,500
Volunteers
Not sure why only 4 names appear. The report should contain other volunteers such as Tracy Smith Hart, Sarah Hart, Sharon Spencer, etc
SCPICA Donations Report
Shows total donations of $25,870 while Excel File Exported from C&P Portal shows $31,300 (a $5,430 difference?)
OTHER ISSUES:
Messages:
I set up messages using the new "Registrant Email Body" and "Attendee Email Body" - I tested by registering a sample Foursome (payable by invoice), but received the old invoice only (not the new emails) Do I need to turn something off?
Temporary Contacts:
When a new registration comes in with a contact new to C&P, a temporary contact is not generated. "No Records to Display" See contact named Heidi TEST Glauser https://na10.salesforce.com/a1aF0000000VhAQ
