    I am trying to set up a registration email for an event. No matter what I check on the multiple picklists, I get the message as attached.

    Also I would like to clone a sample event but when I do, only the "basic information" page clones. Is there any way to make the choice of template (not the default one), the registration acknowledgement, etc be cloned along with the basic information?

    Please use JPG for including images in your post. PNG files are not readable in this forum- unfortunately.

      sorry. also - when you download list of registrants of an event, THE NAME OF THE EVENT is not in the csv file. If I'm trying to look at a bunch of events... can't distinguish amongst them.

            The sample we created is set to inactive so it will not run in case of registration.

            The registration email "cnp developer test" was created for your review.

            The alert your showing is because you have not selected a level for which this email needs to be sent. All levels are listed and emails may be designed specifically for a level. Emails may be set for registrant or attendees differently based on the registered level. At least one needs to be selected.

              Aha! the LEVEL bugaboo. Somehow it didn't look like a multi picklist! I may call in for office hours too because I have a couple more questions, indeed about levels. THANK YOU!!!
