  • Duplicate Temporary Contact upon event registration with payment

    We're experiencing duplication of the temporary contact when someone registers for one of our events. The only difference between the two temporary contact records appears to be the reference to the C&P Data item. (However, both temporary contacts have the same xmldata, as well as every other field, including the order number.)

    Example, order # 1602111101275939699 (temp contacts TC-0599 and TC0600), Williams.

    One of your contacts is for the attendee and the other for the registrant.

    Hope that helps.
