Authorization Required Bug

Hi, when i include these links in ticket emails, when you open your ticket email the links produce the Authorization Required screen. Please help!

e.g.:

"For faster check-in at the event, you can either print out your ticket here Download eTicket-PDF or use your mobile ticket here Download eTicket-Web ."

Please note the following observations:

• You only one site for all your events & Click & Pledge features such as invoice, images, etc. We recommend using a generic name such as "default" so all uses outside event could be used without using the event as a page name.
• You are on an older version of the applications and we recommend an upgrade. If you wish for us to upgrade your instance please let us know.
