  • All events gone from devices

    and we cannot get them to show up. I see that the new release gets rid of device registration, but our events have disappeared from all devices under any account. please help

    Good day!

    The new system is much easier- we provide you the means to add all users manually then each person can request authorization.

    Simply do the following: (this is also described in what is new video)

    - Go to Swiper1 Global Access
    - Add all Click & Pledge UserID's that can do check-in & check-out. Make sure you give them proper permission.
    - Each device needs to go to Authorization and request authorization. They will all be granted access without any other intervention.

    Please try it and let us know.
