This is the same error that I got last year with our event. I was reading through the posts and you (C&P) were able to use that feature when you logged in as us. I am starting early this year - our event is in May, I really want to use this feature!

We logged in as you and see no issues.
Please see below:
Your user is defined and that is the one we used to login as.
this user has access to all ACTIVE events that have a registered attendee.
You have 2 active events but only one of them has an attendee, namely the "Test ottr 2016"
The only event that has an attendee is showing up in the Swiper1.
Based on our investigation all is working fine.

Sorry I forgot to update this thread.
we have tested this with iOS without any issues. Now we are a bit stuck. We tested the event with iOS 5s and 6+ - see below:
We have to figure out what is specific to your device. Would you please do a screen capture of your setting so we can see the built and version of the iOS.

Unfortunately, I have not been able to get it to work on any apple product. I have iPad minis and iPhones. Too many screen shots to take. I know the iPad minis are completely up to date with software iOS and swiper1. This was our problem last year....what am I doing differently than you?

Just to be sure we are on the same page: I logged into Swiper1 as you on an iPadMini (v2-Retina) and went through the process of getting to your event. I'm going to list the steps as I performed them to make sure you know how I'm connecting. Please make sure you've followed all the steps. If you have, please let me know at which step you have a problem.
Two items first: - the iPad Mini is running iOS 9.2 and the Swiper1 app is version 5.000.026. These are the current versions of iOS and the app respectively.- Login to the Swiper1 app
- Tap the Menu icon, then Settings, then Event Settings
- Tap "User Registration"
- Tap "Request Authorization". Once I did this it took about 10 seconds but then showed that the phone was Authorized. This is the screen you should see:
- Tap the Menu icon then "Home"
- Tap the "Checkin/Checkout" icon which should now be on the home page along with "New Transaction"
- You should see a single event:
- Tap the "Test ottr 2016" event. You should then see several possible actions
- Tap the "Sync with Salesforce" button:
which results in
- Tap the "Manual Check-In" button and the list of attendees should appear.
- You can then proceed to choose an attendee and check them in or out.
I saw above where you were not able to see any events. I just want to be sure you didn't miss any steps getting to that point. Please let me know.Last edited by CnP.Support; 02-16-2016, 01:46 PM.Regards,

I am wondering if this has been resolved. I am having this exact same issue with all apple ios products I have an iphone 6. I get to step #6. But, instead of it showing me my active events it says ""No events available". I know that this is not true. I have 3. I have asked my boss to download this onto his android phone, and it works. But, that will not help me out at our events.

I am wondering if this has been resolved. I am also having them same problem with my ios 6. I am able to get all the way up to Step #6 but, that is when I get "No Events Available" I have asked my boos to try this on his android phone, and he had success. So, I am looking for answers to resolve this problem if you don't mind.2 Photos

Sorry about the inconvenience. We have tested this with iOS 6+ without any issues but see the same problem with iOS 6. Our team is investigating the differences and will get back to you shortly.
So many phones, so many variations. I wonder how anyone can possibly come up with a program that works on every single manufacturer and variations within the same manufacturer. It is a miracle.Regards,
