We took care of them so please check.
What we do is simple- since these transactions were posted prior to the update we have to respost them.
In Salesforce we look for the VOID record in C&P Data, the C&P Data that was posted for the VOID - once we locate it we will click on the repost and it will take care of it.
When you credit a transaction a record posts to Salesforce with VOID for the TransactionResult. See below
simply click on the REPOST button in the C&P Data and it will fix it all.
