  • Registration email - Custom Questions List is out of order

    When generating Registrant emails, the {@CustomQuestions} merge field returns the questions in a totally different order than the way they appear in the form. We're using it for submission of auction items, so the order really does matter. Right now, the restrictions are at the top and the auction item name is buried in the middle. There really doesn't seem to be a clear reason why it's coming out this way.

    How is C&P selecting the order in which the merge fields are being reported? Is there a way to change it? If I at least understood why it's coming out in that order, I might be able to manipulate it.

    Good day!

    Thank you for your note. We have identified the issue and are working on a patch to address this. We will have a release later this week or early next week with this and another fix as brought up by another client.
