    Good day @David,

    We upgraded your instance to an interim release which fixes this issue.

    Please test it and let us know if the issue has been resolved. We will be releasing this patch to the appExchange later this week or early next week.

    So we experienced a slight bug in this process. We credited back the card in question first, and then attempted to charge the card on file for the correct amount. However despite pulling in the correct contact, and verifying that the Card on File was an available option on the virtual terminal, in the Box Office, no such option presented itself. Before we credited back the amount I was able to see the card on file option in the box office though so it is very strange! I've e-mailed Kamran the private details of the registrant.

    We have address this question in the office hour and hopefully that has answered your question.

    The answer was to use the Card on File when registering the person again. You may credit the registration first or after registering the person again. Go to the Box Office and register the person then add the registrant by looking the person up using the Existing Contact option in the registration form.

    This was reviewed during the office hour.

    Hello,

    I know that a partial refund cannot be created for an individual registration, but I wanted to go over what the best steps are for the entire process that has been promoted by the Click and Pledge support team. I have the first step (of issuing the full credit), but could someone please outline the steps for how to best create the new registration with all of the same attendees and charging the same card?
