We are having a few issues that we are hoping to resolve before we publish some events on Monday 9/29:
We set up one of our events (titled "Our Drawings...") to send out an email with tickets to registrants. We think it is set up properly (template loaded, "send tickets" checked) but our test registrant did not receive anything. This was to a gmail address and we checked the spam folder. Are you able to go into our instance and see what the issue is? I have granted access and our ID is 00DF00000005NAo.
Also, before we go live with the events on Monday we were hoping to be upgraded to Events 3.0, if it is stable for active events that will be taking registrations through November.
