Name badge size within C&P events?

Hi. We have been working on configuring Salesforce for an upcoming event and we are having problems with the name badge that is stored in SF for any given attendee.

We have sized the badge so when SF sends the payee the PDF of the badge it is correctly sized (4" wide x 3" tall) to print on a standard printer. However within the Events MGT app the saved name badge is 1.25 pages in size, and the MS word file does not have the correct data or image in it.

Can you please investigate and fix the PDF file within SF?
