    We figured out what is going on. You have added your own custom CSS and have removed ours. The custom CSS is the issue.

    The CSS you have removed is the registration engine and as such all has changed.

    The Main css Class called "CPEF" is used for the engine and naturally we do not recommend any changes to it as we have no control over what may happen or in this case has happened.

    The screenshot was from a Windows 7 machine with Chrome, but I have seen this on every single OS/Browser combinations that I have tried. (Windows 7/IE, Firefox, Safari; Android 5.1.1; IOS)

    Good day!

    Currently we are aware of this issue in iOS 6.x Safari. What OS and browser is being used?

    Because of iOS we are restructuring our next release to remove all pop-ups and secondary forms so it is all in one long form. Currently the issue with iOS is not something that can easily be resolved until the next release.

    Unused space on attendee registration

    When our patrons are in the process of registering for a class, they are getting what they think is a blank pop up on their screen. This is because the registration page has a large white space area at the top which pushes the attendee fields off of the screen. And since there are no scroll bars, they are not sure what to do. Not sure why this is happening, but we think it is causing us to lose revenue as patrons seem to get frustrated and give up. Is this something we have done in our instance to make this happen that we can revert? Or is there another solution?
