I created two Salesforce reports to capture all C&P Temporary Contacts and all C&P Event Temporary Contact records. I wanted to create an easy view for users to see all temporary contacts that needed to be converted, and give them the option to subscribe to reports.
In the C&P Temporary Contacts report, when I click on the "Temporary Contact Name" of a record, I am redirected to the custom Visualforce page to create a new contact or merge it with an existing contact. However, in the C&P Event Temporary Contacts report, when I click on the "C&P Event Temporary Contact Name", there is no redirect to the Visualforce page--I just get the raw data. My ideal would be to be redirected to the Visualforce page where users can create a new contact or merge with an existing.
Is there a setting that we have not turned on in my client's organization? I have attached screenshots for more information.
