I have gotten a trial of NPSP set up to work with a senior college that needs to keep track of registrations in classes. I want to use the Event Management from C&P with it, but at this point it's TRIAL status. I don't want to go through all the setup of the bank etc. since the heads of the org may not want to use it. Is there a way to set up a dummy account? I did ask for a C&P account for it. I have to demo it next week and if it's approved obviously go through the "real" enrollment.

Good day!
We rarely approve test accounts for clients since it can result in disaster, e.g. going to production with a test where all cards are authorized in the test environment but never settle. We have seen this before and have set up a policy not to do this again.
Please go ahead and apply for an account and state that this is a TEST account. We will go ahead and approve it for TEST but please realize that this account will process any card as if it is a live card but no money will ever settle. This account should be closed as soon as you are done with it for your own safely. In general TEST accounts are for our partners only.
Also note that our event management has an elaborate post-installation process. If you want simply post in this forum that you wish to have the app installed and we will install it for you. It is a complementary service.

That's good. I did state in my application that it was a trial account. And I would LOVE to have you do the installation of the app. I would also very much appreciate having any pointers to websites that use the event management program so I can show people how it can work. Especially if you have any that use SHOPP as the front-end (that's what they're using now) Email me privately if you wish. Thanks so much for getting back to me so soon.
