Pay Any Amount Option

Hello,

For a ticket price option I want the individual to donate any amount in honor of someone, but it looks like we only have the option of a set price. Is there a way to make this happen?

For events the answer is yes. But event allows for open donation field that you may use for that purpose. Open pricing has never been asked for before.

The payment field for open donation does not work for your case?

Hi,

I've created a registration record with an additional donation associated with the registration. Since then have deleted the registration record but the event still states there is Additional Revenue of $250 on the Statistics page. How can that page be updated to reflect the Additional Donation was deleted?

Status is paid and is in your system.




The transaction has been paid with Credit Card so please note that DELETE does not mean credit. This transaction is still in the system.

Are you referring to another transaction?
